League of Angels III Debuts a Third Mythic Hero

YOOZOO Games, Shanghai — 23.04.19 | Following mythic heroes Victoria and Athena’s earlier introduction to League of Angels III, Tabitha arrives in-game tomorrow (April 24). A powerful, offence-based angel, she is the last remaining descendant of the Royal Fire Dragon family and will be available in Featured Hero events, where players can seize the opportunity to obtain this new mythic hero.

League of Angels III is also set to receive a huge update at the end of April (V5.0.0). It will include a new real-time PvP game mode — Chess Hero. Here you get to build a team and form a formidable line-up. You can show off your tactics and strategy in real-time PvP battles and grab mineral treasures to score more points and get a higher rank in X-server games.

All League of Angels III players will receive a special gift code on Facebook to celebrate the update this week. These can be used for awesome rewards, allowing you to experience everything Chess Hero has to offer!

It’s not just the gameplay that’s received an update either, the League of Angels III website has been updated accordingly; and now includes a whole new section in ‘Features’ (with a description of Chess Hero and Companions). A brand new gallery has also been added, allowing players to explore high quality images and information on Heroes, Outfits, Companions, Mounts and other game features and content.

Athena Arrives in League of Angels III

Although it’s unlikely the goddess Athena was ever partial to a pint of Guinness, League of Angels III’s latest Mythic Hero arrives just in time for another fantastic series of holiday events — including St. Patrick’s Day.

Debuting as a support angel can be a tough gig but with her special skills Divine Honor, Dignified Judgment and Constellation Shield, Athena is the strongest Support Hero in the game so far. The daughter of Asherah, sister of Johanna, and mother of Inanna, this powerful angel will be available in upcoming events — so seize your chance to get this new Mythic Hero.

St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated widely within League of Angels III and is also known as ‘Rebirth Day’; differing somewhat to real-life events, where a rebirth might be something more enthusiastic participants require the day after St. Patrick’s Day. Nonetheless, in-game, the holiday will see many angels donning their finest green costumes and holding huge feasts to celebrate.

League of Angels III will also have several other holiday additions to consider, with an all-new exclusive mount ‘Seat of Fortune’ and also new wings ‘Wings of the Fae' and outfit ‘Song of Life’ (available via Wheel of Fortune).

The Valentine's Holiday invites players to collect teddy bears and sweet chocolates in exchange for gorgeous outfits like Amora's Gift, Lunar Blaze, Holiday Vestments and tons of special items at the shop.

Happily, this also coincides with the Lunar Festival Holiday Event, where all creatures will go through a period of re-birth (also known as The Blossoming Spring). What does this mean for players? An all-new outfit, Lunar Blaze can be obtained in various events where tons of items can be won — like exclusive tokens or strings of firecrackers and even more spring festival tickets.

A new Wheel of Fortune Event also sees a brand new mount enter the fray, a Mount Lunar Beast — Blackpyre. Spin to win and gain enhancements in battle and greatly increases the HP, ATK and DEF of your heroes (improving your BR by over 50,000).

Finally, following on from the heroic celebrations surrounding Theresa last month — it's now Victoria's turn to be immortalised as the first Mythic Angel to appear in the game. League of Angels III celebrates Theresa and her dancing

While large chunks of the UK may not agree, League of Angels III aficionados will know that Theresa is indeed a hero. Which is why the game is putting on a special event in her honour. Of course, we’re not talking about the embattled UK Prime Minister, but the flame-haired hybrid child of Prime Angel and Dragon King Ulysses.

In League of Angels II, Theresa’s life was full of conflict and uncertainty (ok, still the odd similarity) due to her special heritage. Essentially, she’s not had it easy — but League of Angels III is celebrating her kind, albeit rebellious, disposition with a special in-game event that players can find right now when they log into the game. So, let’s all celebrate Theresa for a change!

League of Angels III has also seen some big improvements recently: in version 4.0.0. the Guild War game mode has been rebuilt, with some new rules and upgraded rewards. A first Mythic Hero has been added, Victoria in the new Temple — Nebula.

January also saw a new Mount arrive — Night Falcon. One of the few flying mounts, Night Falcon grants a sharp rise in the battle rating of your heroes while also adding a huge amount of bonus HP, ATK and DEF. He also has fearfully sharp feathers and an imposing appearance; which doesn’t do any harm, right? This legendary mount can be obtained via the Wheel of Fortune.

January’s earlier New Year celebrations saw League of Angels III invite players to enjoy Angel’s Carnival — a holiday event whose origins go all the way back to Mikaela and Glacia’s reunion. Included among some tokens for turkey dinner and pumpkin pie is a new outfit, Silverfrost.
