CORE HOLIDAY UPDATES
In celebration of the holiday season, the massive city of Magnadin featured in Lineage 2: Revolution is getting a Christmas makeover with themed decorations adorning the city’s streets. Players will also be happy to discover that the difficult to acquire Red Rare Equipment will be available during a limited time giveaway! All players will receive a box of exclusive magical monster armor attributes which provides Red Rare Equipment at random when logging in after December 17.

Netmarble Releases Massive ‘Lineage 2: Revolution’ Update Featuring New Orc Race And More

LONDON - October 24, 2018 – Today, Netmarble Corp., released a huge update to the popular massive multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG), Lineage 2: Revolution, including an all- new playable Orc race with unique class mechanics, an increase in max level, a new territory and more!

New Orc Race Added
Playable Orcs have been added to Lineage 2: Revolution with their own unique class mechanics that separate them from the existing races in the game. Players can choose from three different Orc classes including Orc Raider (Warrior), Orc Monk (Rogue) and Orc Shaman (Mage). Orc players will have a new starting location – The Southern Immortal Plateau, begin at level 180 with 500,000 Combat Power and will be rewarded a set of SR grade weapon, armor, and accessory. Orcs will use different weapons from the four existing races including Orc-exclusive claws, two-handed swords and wands. With the new Orc race, new Orc-exclusive quests and fields have also been added.


Faster leveling-up will also be an added benefit due to growth boosting events where items such as EXP, Adena, and equipment will be rewarded at each level, from level 180 up to level 260, achieved by characters.

New “Avento” Territory Added
With the addition of Orcs, the max player level has been expanded to level 320 and a new territory, Avento, has been added along with expansions to Main Quests, Weekly Quests, and Sub-Quests. Avento consists of three regions – Dragon Valley, Promised Land and Ancient Dragon Mountain Range – where 12 new Monsters and 21 new Monster Cores await players.

With this update, the Tower of Insolence will be expanded to Floor 145. Players can expect greater rewards with the expansion and the added auto-progression to the tower makes gameplay easier for players having a hard time progressing to the higher floors.

Second Class Transfer - Part Two
Part two of the Second Class Transfer has been added so players can experience more skills, classes and new content. Like other races and classes, Orc players can start part two of the Second Class Transfer Quest at level 271 with Chapter five through seven quests available.

Fast Gameplay With Cross-Server Matchmaking
New and merged servers in North America and Europe will ensure smoother matching for co-op content and more competitive Fortress and Castle Sieges. SECOND UPDATE ON COLLABORATION FEATURE

Lineage 2: Revolution Launches Surprise In-Game Collaboration

In this collaboration event, a new event dungeon called the “Event Temporal Rift-- Keep of Catastrophe” will be available to all players. With four difficulties to choose from, players of all levels and experience will team up in groups of five to face off against the new boss and save the Silverlight Mercenary. In addition to the new event dungeon, a new weapon costume will also be available to all players to celebrate the partnership between Lineage 2: Revolution and the surprise franchise.

Lineage 2: Revolution August Update - The Academy Clan

LONDON – August 9, 2018 - Netmarble Corporation, the fastest-growing mobile game company worldwide, today launched an update for its hit mobile MMORPG, Lineage 2: Revolution (http://l2.netmarble.com), introducing the Academy Clan – a tutorial for new and veteran players that guides players through the Clan system and helps them achieve victory.

Players level 10 through 180, who have yet to join a Clan, can join the Academy Clan to play through the full Academy Clan tutorial. Those who are part of the Academy Clan are able to stay a member until they reach level 181, at which point they will graduate and be recommended to join a player-led Clan. Players are also freely able to leave and register for the Academy Clan at any time.

To celebrate the new tutorial, three new Clan-specific events will be held from August 8 to August 29. The “For the Clan! Event” will offer special rewards including R-grade Armour Boxes, R-grade Mount Equipment Boxes and Radiant Upgrade Stone Selection Boxes to all players in Clans, including new Academy Clan players, after they have completed a series of Clan-specific missions. When members of a Clan donate items to their fellow members, they will also receive 1.5x more Adena than usual via the “Clan Check-In and Donation Reward Event.” A new “Clan Penalty Period Decrease Event” will also lessen the penalties of leaving and rejoining Clans during the event period, so players will have a chance to try out a variety of Clans.

A new Equipment Collection feature has also been introduced, where, by collecting specific Attribute Equipment through their time in the game, players will receive additional rewards and stats that will strengthen their character.

The Tower of Insolence will also now go up to 120 floors through the latest in-game update. All players will receive 500 Red Diamonds when they reach the 120th floor by August 29. Players can also compete to reach the 120th floor first during the “Tower of Insolence World’s First Clear! Event” from August 8 to August 29. The first 10 players from each server to clear the 120th floor of the Tower will be rewarded with Blue Diamonds. The first-place finisher will receive 5,000 Blue Diamonds, the second to fifth place finishers will receive 2,000 Blue Diamonds, and sixth to tenth place finishers will receive 1,000.

SPRING INTO THE SEASON WITH NEW LINEAGE 2: REVOLUTION UPDATE

Gather with friends to conquer the Temporal Rift in Lineage 2: Revolution

Seoul, Korea (March 14, 2018) – Netmarble Games Corp., the fastest-growing mobile game company worldwide, has added new dungeons, equipment, events and more to its hit mobile MMORPG Lineage 2: Revolution.

In the latest game update, the brand-new party dungeon Temporal Rift will now be open for parties consisting of two to five players. Players will carry out strategic missions while unfolding story scenarios and will need to cooperate and strategize with one another to clear the dungeon. There are two maps in the Temporal Rift, Altar of Madness and Countess of Blood’s Boudoir, that will be available alternately every day, with guaranteed rewards such as Cloak Strengthening material and Monster Cores (Ramog Core and Trisha Core) for successfully completing a Temporal Rift. Players will also have the chance to randomly receive one Cloak, one Maphr’s Protection, Blessed Scrolls, and more.

A new Clan Dungeon, the Cruma Core Room will also be available for clans to attempt and defeat a new Magical Monster Boss, the Cruma Core, for various rewards. With various attack pattern of the boss monster, the difficulty level of the Cruma Core Room is higher than other Clan Dungeons and recommends players to be equipped with Magical Monster-specialized Equipment to defeat the Cruma Core.

A new equipment class, the Red Rare Equipment, has been added which deals extra damage to Magical Monsters and reduces the damage taken from them. Specially made for PvE, the Red Rare Equipment contrasts with Blue Rare Equipment which are specialized for PvP.

Finally, a new Cloak item is now available for players to showcase their personality and allow them to receive additional effects and buffs. Cloaks are available when a player reaches level 75 and grant specific stats and effects depending on the type of Cloak. The Personal Cloak can be purchased in-game or by clearing the Temporal Rift, while the Clan Cloak can be acquired by registering into a clan or by creating one.

In celebration of these new changes, three new events will also begin starting today. The Conquer the Temporal Rift Event, which lasts until April 11, allows players to easily acquire a Cloak and materials to level-up the Cloak. The 7-Day Login Event, which lasts until March 28, gives players various rewards for logging in for seven consecutive days, where players can receive up to 800 Red Diamonds and Rare Monster Summoning Stones upon logging in for seven days straight. The Red Rare Equipment Draw Event, which lasts until April 4, will give players Blessed Scrolls used to strengthen their equipment every time they acquire a Red Rare Equipment.

Players can roll the dice twice a day upon log-in and by completing in-game content, players will receive Dice Points where every 100 Dice Points will give players one more chance to roll the dice again. Players can also obtain Lap Completion Rewards by completing a lap up to 15 times.

 

Meanwhile, the Equipment Substat Change Eventgives players 200 Red Diamonds just by changing their Equipment Substat. Players who participate and successfully change their Equipment Substat at least once during the event period will receive the 200 Red Diamonds in their Mailbox by March 21.

LINEAGE 2: REVOLUTION CELEBRATES THE SEASON OF LOVE WITH EXCLUSIVE VALENTINE’S DAY QUESTS

Seoul, Korea (February 7, 2018) – Netmarble Games Corp., the fastest-growing mobile game company worldwide, is asking players to be their Valentine with the addition of four new Valentine’s Day in-game events to their hit mobile MMORPG Lineage 2: Revolution.

From now until February 28, Lineage 2: Revolution will host two love-themed in-game events that offer exclusive rewards. The Guard Captain’s Love Event allows players to collect candies upon completing quests, with each 100 candies earned, players get the opportunity make a move on the ‘Raw Chocolate of Love’ map to earn special items. Upon completing the ‘Raw Chocolate of Love’ map, players will be rewarded with additional special items such as the Strengthening Material Box, Grade R Weapon/Armor/Accessory Varnish and Grade R Attribute Stone.

The Valentine’s Day Happy Loyalty Event allows players to exchange 300 loyalty points, which can be acquired by purchasing in-game items, for a 1 Grade R Attribute Stone used to enhance equipment attributes. (Note: only 1 Grade R Attribute Stone can be exchanged per week).

Beginning today and ending on February 21, two additional in-game events will allow players to earn chocolates to exchange for exclusive gifts. In the Chocolate Collection Event, players can receive chocolates by defeating Named Monsters or Field Bosses and can exchange those chocolates for in-game items like Core Boxes, Valentine’s Gift Boxes and Maphr’s Protection. Players who log into the game daily during the 7-Day Login Event will receive additional Valentine Chocolate Boxes, which also grant chocolates that can be exchanged with special in-game items. When the event ends, chocolates can also be sold or used as buff items.

Lineage 2: Revolution introduces new updates and kicks off regular season for it's enormous sieges

Seoul, Korea (January 24, 2018) – Netmarble Games Corp., the fastest-growing mobile game company worldwide, is updating their mobile MMORPG Lineage 2: Revolution and kicking off the first regular season of the game’s massive PvP modes, Open Siege and Fortress Siege, today.

Having introduced the pre-season of the Fortress Siege and Open Siege in December last year, Lineage 2: Revolution offers the largest scale multiplayer gameplay ever available on mobile devices.

The 50 vs. 50 Fortress Siege, held every Friday from 19:30 to 20:00 GMT, offers players to compete in a massive PvP battle between two clans, where the first clan to imprint onto their opponents’ Holy Artifact is crowned the winner. With the opening of the regular season, 4 Gludio Regions and 4 Dion Regions have been newly added, allowing players to conquer the fortresses in these new regions.

The 30 vs. 30 Open Siege, held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 19:30 to 20:00 GMT, invites players above level 11 to participate in the smaller-scale 30 vs. 30 battle, giving entry-level players a taste of the grander Fortress Siege. From the regular season, players can acquire a new “Steam Beetle” pet by participating in the Open Siege mode.

The latest game update also expands the max level for players to 180, along with the expansion of Main Quests, Daily Quests, and Scroll Quests, providing more content for active and higher leveled players. New region, Giran Dominion, has been added, along with field expansion in Deathly Fog Shores, Devil’s isle, Haunted Necropolis, Ivory Tower Catacombs 1, 2, and 3. Moreover, Elite Dungeon has additionally opened Ivory Tower Catacombs 1, 2, 3, allowing players to gain even more EXP and Adenas.

Starting today and running until February 7, Lineage 2: Revolution will also host two new in-game events offering players the opportunity to obtain increased rewards. The New Region Dice Event will allow players to earn dice points after completing dungeons and quests, which are used to roll for special rewards such as Maphr’s Protection and Enhancement Scroll, which are essential for item enhancements.

During the same period, Log-in/Attendance Event will be held, where players who log-in to the game daily will receive special items. Those who log in consecutively until the seventh day will receive an R-Grade Varnish Selection Box, used for leveling up equipment.

Lineage 2: Revolution gets first major update with real-time, massive PvP battle gameplay modes TS

Seoul, Korea – 13th December, 2017… Netmarble Games Corp., the fastest-growing mobile game company worldwide, released its first major update for its hit mobile MMORPG Lineage 2: Revolution, since its North America and Europe launch last month. The update includes the much-anticipated Fortress Siege, Open Siege, as well as three new servers opening. The updates will offer fresh and new ways to strategize and level up within the game.

Fortress Siege, held every Friday from 19:30 – 20:00 GMT, will allow players to enter a real-time, massive PvP battle between two clans. Up to 100 players, 50 in each clan, will enter the siege in attempt to be the first to “imprint” onto their opponents’ Holy Artefact and be crowned the winner. Clans that wish to participate must first successfully bid on a desired fortress, and then enter the battle against the clan that’s defending the fortress. Bidding for the fortresses is held from 00:00 – 19:00 GMT every Thursday. All participants, regardless of outcome, will win Adena, EXP, and Proof of Blood, and the winning clan will win bonus rewards, including red diamonds and buffs for the in-game characters and freshly won fortress.

Open Siege, held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 19:30 – 20:00 GMT, invites players above level 11 to participate in this smaller scale 30v.30 battle which gives newcomers a taste of the grander Fortress Siege. All participants will have equal combat power and level, but are given the choice of any class and race in the Open Siege. Players can enter on their own, or for a party up to five. Similar to Fortress Siege, the team that “imprints” on their opponent’s Holy Artefacts wins. Players receive rewards based on the results of the match or their personal contribution.

In celebration of the Open Siege update, the schedule for Open Siege will be adjusted for the first week of the update: A total of five Open Siege will be held – Wednesday (December 13) and Saturday (December 16) on the first week, and Tuesday (December 19), Thursday (December 21), and Saturday (December 23) on the second week. Schedule will resume to every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from the following week. (Schedule is subject to change with notice).

Along with the major content update, three new servers, including Kruma 05, Kenrauhel 07, and Deforge 06 will be opened in North America and Europe, in an effort to enhance server traffic in existing servers. New players to the game can now join the new server to enjoy the game seamlessly and challenge for the top ranks.

Additional updates include The Fortress Conquer Shop and more gameplay improvements.
